My role as a therapist is to inspire you to open up to the possibilities within yourself and to support, challenge, and hold you through that process. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Solution-Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, mindful practices, and Narrative Therapy. Grounded in a trauma-informed lens, I am committed to creating a safe space for everyone. My experience in both the hospitality services and mental health fields has taught me that “empathy cannot and should not be compromised.” This principle guides me in establishing meaningful connections with my clients.
